Harpers Restaurant Drogheda

Bad service.
I went to harpers today and ordered a ceaser salad with chicken which I had to send back as some of the leaves were withered and overall the taste wasn’t right. The lady that had been serving me came over and I told her the problems I had with the food, she then brought my food back to the kitchen without saying much, and didn’t return back to my table to communicate in any sort of way after. I had to eventually call her over again to find out what was happening. I felt she was quite unprofessional and had a slightly cheeky manner in how she handled the situation and definitely should learn how to communicate better with customers, I won’t be back.

We go here for lunch quite often and have never had a bad experience, staff friendly and helpful. Comfortable seating and bright. It's always very clean. It's very reasonably priced. I do recommend you book to be sure to get a table.

This place was fantastic. Friendly service, yummy food and the most beautiful latte ever! Would love to go here again, but it's a 16 hour commute...
